If your article arrived damaged or in a poor state, you must attach several clear photographs of the affected area from different angles to your email.
We will get in contact immediately and send you a set of instructions for the return of the product.
We will not accept articles that have already been used.
Your money will be refunded through the same method used during payment.
Any request sent after the 5-day period will not be valid.
